@never1234567890 It just means you need to train yoru muscles more. As long as it was the “good sore” and not an injury, you’re fine. Just keep it up and always progress with correct form.
You can’t spot train for fat.
haha wow people!!! im not THAT fat. I’m only 14 years old. my mom found out i looked at this video and gave me this big lecture telling me that im way 2 hard on myself and she took me 2 the doctor and made him tell me im the right size. idc what they say. i can still work out no matter what they say

@LandMproductions1011 You probably have a extra fat on your thights. You will start losing the fat(but not only on the legs but all over the body, you cant choose where you will lose the fat) when you have calorie deficit. The best way to do that is to eat less. In fact losing weight is 80% about your eating habits. You can add cardio to that to increase the calorie deficit if you have lot of weight to lose.
@never1234567890 Im no fitness expert but im told if you do an excersice and feel fatigued for a few days it just measn you were using muscels you NEVER used before so your body wasn’t use to it. Rest a few days then repeat it and you should get use to it, then just up the reps as it gets easier.
Just make sure you know the difference between muscel fatigue and actually pulling a muscel because that is actually bad.
the last time i tries this at gym .my thighs were killing me for next 2 days i coudn’t climb down stairs .i must have done sumthing wrong

I tried this at the gym last night and the front of my legs and the back of my legs feel like heavyweights.
so this is basically a plie squat while holding that weight, right?

@1qawedaz If youre having trouble staying away from candy, bread, chips etc, take a blood sugar balance pill 1-3 times a day. Glutamine also helps. Getting over your addiction to processed carbohyrates makes dieting soooo much easier. Most people fail diets because they can’t help cravings, so conquer those first or else you might fail. Write down your weight every 2-4 days exactly as it reads on the scale to make sure you weight loss is going in the right direction. It’s 90% diet, 10% exercise.
@XTJimbo1910 Thanks alottt .. that’s making me feel better, i like the eating thing .. healthy and i will eat kinda normally i thought i can’t eat again XD .. but i’m not overtraning .. i may do 10 min running daily and do 10 rep of 5 abs workouts … i think that’s why i can’t see any diff … i have the prop with the lower body .. i wan to lose 10 pounds … been trying since 2 months i feel i’m not doing it right =(

@1qawedaz You cannot spot reduce fat. Where the fat is on your body is already predetermined by your genetics. Create a caloric defict but don’t focus too much on the total number of calories. Eat quality carbs during the day (Fruit and veg especially) and fats and protein in the evening ( meat, eggs and cheese) Don’t be afraid to eat fat. Dietary fats don’t magically convert into body fat.
Also take a multivitamin & mineral supplement once a day. Also I think you’re overtraining. Want more?
