@PabloManUK Np, I will try and either make that sounds softer or leave it out next time, no piont in giving good advice but no one can hear it! Thanks for the feedback and SORRY!

actually probably part1 had the bad sound – but its just that you are giving really good advice, and its hard to try and listen and understand too, while that music was playing
Hi i really like your videos have started doing some routines.
currently it just comes out as bad quality streamed distorted guitar – no offence
only tip would be lose the music (eg the one in this video would make it much better

Hi ! Im a 13 yr old boy. Which days should I train ? I have football/soccer training on sundays and mondays. And I have gymnastics two times a week. I also train monday, thursday and friday at home. I’m running 30 – 40 minutes on the treadmill. Any tips for a teen to get ripped ?
Thank You.

thank you
@amd1031 I did both, some days I went to the Gym, other days I trained at home. And you can start just doing the cardio without a weight vest. But yes you want to combine that with weight training, body or gym, to get the best results.
@moricestreet909 Thanks man ,as soon as the weather will be nicer I will definitely try it.
And if I use calisthenics and a weight vest can i get the same results?
Hi i want to know did you use a lot of calisthenics to get ripped or weights? Thank you for your time
@GoznerPeter Rather warm up for 5 minutes an dthen run flat out ( or as fast as you can ) for 30 seconds followed by running slower for 30 seconds. Continue to do this for 10 minutes and then cool down again by running at a medium pace for 5 minutes. As you get fitter you can do the 30 sec fast and 30 secs slow part for longer. Enjoy!
Will jogging get me good results too? if I do like 5 minutes normal speed jogging ,then 5 faster and then again 5 minutes slowly and repeat the sequence.
I’ve done the Insanity workout for 63 days which made more flexible and I can do a lot more things but my body is still without muscle and a little fat.
I really enjoy running and its like a hobby and something that I really like to do so if someone could give me a little help I would be very thankful.
@stamford98singhm Well you want to mix it with some good weight training as well but it is very hard to say. As I always say, it depends on many things from workouts, to eating to your current weight etc. But if you use just one of these HIIT workouts and combine it with a good eating plan and weight training workouts you will start getting results very quickly! Good luck!
How long should it take to get ripped with this workout and good diet ? .. Only got a bit of a belly .. Thanks
