@108pyramids but sugar is in near;y every food in my household and also most of my vegetarian meals, also ty for helping me, also have you got any good non-sugar vegetarian recipes please?

  2. 108pyramids says:

@craig94music.. I`m vegetarian since many years. Cut down slowly by giving yourself a daily quota of sugar. Fill the daily quota with the foods that matter most to you. If you gradually decrease your intake, you will lessen the craving and the amount of sugar it takes to satisfy the craving.

  3. craig94music says:

@cafeconlechegrl i totally agree with you! and if you don’t mind telling me your diet i would be highly grateful as i am desperately trying to remove sugar from my diet as i am addicted to it in a way.

  4. craig94music says:

@Dirtboy101 chocolate makes you sloggy ,tired and supposedly leads to cancer, well in fact pure natural cocoa is good for you supposedly, it is just the high levels of sugar and milk that is put into it which is bad. Also you should feel, fresher and mor energetic when eating more fruit than the regular sugar exploding candy bar which has loads of negative health benefits

  5. craig94music says:

@108pyramids please please please! tell me your diet please! i am addicted to sugar and want free so badly!

  6. Dirtboy101 says:

The most painful part of this video is when she says things like “Eventually you’ll want the fruit” because i know that I’m still going to want the chocolate.

I can´t believe that until sunday when i asked some questions about sugar in a forum i didn´t even KNOW that sugar can make addicted! All those diets i´ve tried over the years and all those weird books about healthy nutrition – i don´t need them anymore! Just knowing that sugar can make addicted has changed my life completely! Does anyone know a good sugar addiction forum on the net? And thank you for this video!

@2626mummy1111 Its true… same way to get off caffeine if you can’t go cold. You have to taper…

  11. 2626mummy1111 says:

Eat half a candy bar, yeah right. hahahahahaha

  12. cafeconlechegrl says:

@alisaalonso I wasn’t saying healthy food sucks..I love my healthy food..its tastes good!!..I’m saying it sucks that we have to live with people who don’t care about their health and eat & flaunt junk food infront of you..I’m talking about spouses, friends, family, roomates..especially sucks when you are or were a food addict/over eater/ emotional eater/eating disorders..their are many food enablers out there..your own family will do that to you..very sad..

  13. alisaalonso says:

@cafeconlechegrl healthy food doesn’t have to suck! it can be way better than the junk

  14. smhutson says:

When you are having a sugar craving, celery with some natural peanut butter calms the rumbles.

When I do have sugar we get the block of dark chocolate, melt it and dip in strawberries. Tastes great without the massive sugar spike.

I replaced sodas with unsweetened brewed ice tea. just not after 6pm if you want to sleep.

If we are out for a family dinner the rule is 1 dessert shared.

Plenty of sun. If I do relapse I will counter a sugar binge with some celery to counter the absorption.

  15. cafeconlechegrl says:

Does anyone have a food enabler in their life?..Its hard when your loved ones eat junk infront of you and those aromas in the air are so tempting..they have their fattening foods all over the house..then you have your healthy food and it just sucks!…

  16. fopink says:

I love what you said around 4:50. 5 stars!

  17. Kaseypink123 says:

    @AstroMen2911

that’s not true, my weekly diet is made of broccolli, spinach,, lettuce , tomato, chicken breast, beef, eggs, raw yogourt , cheese, bananas, lemons, avocado, kiwi, coconut oil and flax seeds. I average less than 10$ per day on average for food for myself . Once I started to go natural I forgot how cheaper it was

  19. Doesthefatladysing says:

Brilliant, thank you and be blessed.

  20. Opheliaccs says:

I agree. I once quit all candy and chocolate for six days a week (which was very hard to do because a have quite the sweet tooth) but on sundays I would go to a chocolatier that sells hand made choc.and pralinés in a huge variety of flavors with bits of nuts and fruits or liqueur or even coffee beans, yum! and they are tiny and you can buy them individually, kind of expensive. But that helped me view it as a luxury not as something commonplace like eating a snickers watching tv.

  21. Opheliaccs says:

Ipay attention to what she says, I’ve incorporated many of her tips in my diet, she´s very smart and worthy of respect, but would it be too terribly rude to agree with brado on the fact she should wear more cleavage? Natalie, you are one sexy lady, not only your looks make you sexy but your intelligence, healthiness and good nature, you have a fantastic vibe. you are beautiful in a sort of wholesome way. So please do show more cleavage?

  22. ryumariscal says:

    i have a very strict diet …
i never crave for fast foods!!!!
but sometimes i just crave lucky charms soooo bad thats my only craving i usually eat it 1 a week…
but i eat 3-5 big bowls of cereal hahahaha

  23. shu1805 says:

    @romaooamor
Wow, very impressive :) I need your determination, lol

  24. AstroMen2911 says:

Another problem is: Fake food which is high in white sugar is also cheap while real food is expensive. Thats why the magority of Americans go after cheaper food to feed their families.
