I am just going to work out by endlessly dancing to this song.

What a great video, you guys are terrific! I just started kettlebells because I read they will especially increase my core strength, forearm strength, strength-endurance, and great for fat loss. Would you two strapping Ukrainian farmers agree with those claims? Could you make a video showing your exercises for pairs of kettlebells? Thanks for this one though – so many good ideas to add to my workouts!

  4. 1mpav says:

So , how much weight have you lost since you started and what is your full routine.??

  5. Xytos says:

Brilliant video guys. Given me some things to work on and ideas for the future. Great effort.

  8. hdjcnfdj69 says:

Absolutely. We just didn’t include them in this video, but exercises with two kettlebells at a time are an important part of the training. I have all my kettlebells in pairs.

  9. bmwstan says:

@hdjcnfdj69 Normally I see kettlebells in different weights, I don’t see pairs, would you recommend at least one pair for double workouts, what is your opinion on that.

  10. hdjcnfdj69 says:

I lost total about 55 lbs. I’m in a spectacular physical shape, I’d even say I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in my life.

  11. KaelinSaint says:

I’ve been following Kettle Bells for about 7 years and you are indeed right about them being good for losing weight. What I should have said was how much weight have you lost? What have your results been? Instead I felt like teasing a bit.

  12. hdjcnfdj69 says:

    Yes, it was

  13. KaelinSaint says:

The skills displayed in this video are amazing.

However the shorter guy is built like me around the middle and I consider myself on the fat side, was this video properly named?

you could use gym chalk (magnesium carbonate or so must be the name of the substance… i´m not a native user of english). you can buy it in many drugstores really cheap, or you could buy this cubefied expensive presentation that american gymnasts use in the olimpics. when i don´t have any of them (and don´t want to spend money), i use some sand that i piked in a beach just to absorbe the moist; then i put it back in it´s box.

  15. daynzka says:

    amazing…. dobly.

  16. hdjcnfdj69 says:

Actually, the short guy is a structural engineer and the tall one is an interior designer.

    Thanks for the compliment, though.

  17. daynzka says:

they may be farmers. that would explain the non-human strength of the muscles in ther backs. anyone who has picked up lambs since he was twelve would have that kind of pliometric resistance… but very few of us, city animals. and i´m including elite athletes…

  18. fork1964 says:

    I would brake my leg…

  19. hdjcnfdj69 says:

No, I don’t use anything. Fingerless gloves can be helpful though as my trainee uses them

  20. lawrencemilazzo says:

    the handle is discolored…
do you have a certain type of tape on it for added grip?
I ask because my hands will sweat like crazy when using my KB

  21. hdjcnfdj69 says:

Those are towing straps from any hardware store.

  22. Sk8terboyz1 says:

Where do you get the bands to wrap around the kettlebells for the extra exercises you are doing??

  23. HawkFan30 says:

LMAO i just tried some of these moves with my 22kg kettles. my first attempt with the behind the back toss over the shoulder i belted my self in the head…. it really fucken hurts… nice fucken lump thanks alot.

Some people may be watching this and thinking how are can it be…. let me tell you the weight shock from releasing the weight and to grabing it again puts ALOT of strain on the body. These guys are absolute beasts.

Awesome displace of strength, dexterity and stability.
