OMG I’m the same way with chocolate chip granola bars! I know I’ve eaten a whole box at one sitting. They are horrible tasting too.
love your videos!
That makes so much sense. i never really looked at it that way b4 thanks for uploading this video.
anything carby, sweet, salty, sour, bitter, hot, mild…..=]
Chocolate, ice cream, and cookies are my triggers. If I have those, and I’m by myself, a binge is inevitable. But I can keep bags of chips and yummy crackers in the house for weeks and not finish them.
Learning what my trigger foods are NOT would but a much shorter task. LOL!
my triggers are pasta and potato chips. can’t have them in the house. i’ve come along way as far as being able to just say no but pasta and chips…not coming in to my living space.

trail and error my friend, TRAIL AND ERROR
Love this video, you are so right about this.
but if we avoid our trigger foods and never buy them, then won’t the temptation for them build up stronger and stronger until one day we just can’t control the temptation and binge on that food?
mine is pizza!!
I know my trigger foods very well.
There are some foods that are very unhealthy for us so I don’t even buy them. They are everything processed. That would include granola bars. They are not really trigger foods they are the type of food that causes us to want more and more something about grains turning to sugar in the body. Worst part it then turns to stored fat because we are don’t need it.
Most important is to learn what is healthy food and eat that instead.
