    @youhan911 yes buddy you will…just stick with me…do all of my cardio clips on a daily basis, plus whatever cardio you are currently doing…you need to feel worked…ok?

    @jerdaskater12 decrease the amount of starchy carbs you are eating(breads, rice, pastas) and increase/replace them with fibrous carbs such as fruits and veggies…keep your protein high…and definitely keep doing your cardio…ok?~ahmad

    @makingthebest09 Have any breads or pastas(if you can’t eliminate them) with either breakfast or lunch…never at dinner…make them whole grain.     @strawMFNberry we need to work on improving your good fats consumed daily…and increase your cardio over time…so try to get in at least 1 handful of almonds for snack…once before lunch…and once before dinner.

    @carlosva19363 it all depends on your fitness level. I like to mix this one in between my other weekly cardio clips just to get my heart rate going…shoot for a total workout time of 30-45 mins of repeating or mixing up the other cardio weekly clips with this.     Im a mother that just had 2 kids 10 months apart of each other and i gained 60lbs and my belly skin is saggy and streched out what workouts do you reccommend???

    No worries…you want to switch up between the clips…so its okay to do this one, and then maybe another one the next day. I tried to make enough of these crazy cardio and resistance clips to keep your body always guessing. I will be making some more shortly.     could you (or anyone that sees this comment) send me videos of which workouts to do and when (i already do the cardio every morning, but i mean like this says do on wed.) because i cant find some of them… mostly this is because i see two that say do on tues (just an example) so does that mean i do them both? thanks for any replies or videos sent =)

    Ahmaaaaaad! I was cursing you out for this workout! lol it’s all Love. This was the most challenging for me. However someone grabbed me by the arm and was like “Woah! u been trying to workout?” I was like, I ain’t trying I AM! lol Thanks so much!     Thank you so much for these clips, I have been dieting which has helped a bit but could never find a decent exercise that actually felt like it was challenging me, I have been doing yours and I have seen a huge differance. And I am optimistic I will be ready for bikini season soon… thank you again!

    I did this workout after the six day workout and my question is I do not have weight so I used a resistance band to modify is it ok?
